Our philosophy here at Class Act Motors is to build a better engine, to last you longer and built stronger to allow you as the consumer to enjoy the sprinter vans as they originally should have been enjoyed. With our upgraded and New options we now offer, we are experiencing longer than ever fulfillment out of our engines to last well over the 700K mile range or more, depending on your maintenance efforts and history. We offer oem & upgraded options for the OM642 3.0L engines & now carry 7 DIFFERENT OPTIONS FOR THE 3.0L SPRINTER ENGINE.

We offer OEM & Upgraded options for the 3.0L Engines in all years to help increase horsepower, torque or allow for a better towing environment if you carry a trailer behind your sprinter, or load it. Either way, we can help you craft your perfect sprinter engine solution for your specific situation. From finding a shop in your area, to saving you the shop hassle, we can help you get back on the road with more options than ever.

Upgraded options include better pistons for heavier powerstroke and compression stroke, upgraded fuel pump camshafts, & even modified upgraded intake manifolds to help with getting more from your sprinter without affecting emissions. We offer longblocks up to full complete drop in units for a "PLUG & PLAY" option to include your charge air system as well. If you are in a state that you already have a deleted engine, we can build you an engine to accommodate and work with your delete to allow for the power response you are looking for, as well as boost of pickup if you are looking to upgrade your charge air system. We offer upgraded turbos, intake manifolds, & internal parts to withstand a tune or delete kit if you already have one, or plan to get one.

OEM options are built with OEM parts but can still be built to accommodate a simple delete if you already have one. We offer OEM longblocks to complete drop-in units with harness to have a truly "PLUG & PLAY" option shipped to you complete with the charge air system. Each Longblock carries our famous 3 Year/100K Mile warranty on the longblock & warranty is given from the manufacturer for every new component you purchase.

Build your Own Options are now available to help in covering your overall costs for the entire process as an engine replacement is already stressful enough. This new option allows you to send in your unit as a complete unit to Class Act Motors and have the longblock waiting for your unit to complete. Once we receive your engine core with components, we will perform a detailed tear down process to help you understand what caused your first engine to fail, and perform the cleaning process for you here! During the tear down process, your core engine is accounted for and determined so you have that quicker rather than later & can use the credit towards the labor or sent back to you via core refund. For clarification, you are spending to purchase an engine, plus pay a shop 18-26 hours to do the job, why not shorten your time required and only pay 2-4 hours at your shop instead of 18-26? By taking advantage of this option, clients have saved well over thousands of dollars in the overall process compared to having the shop locally swap your components. Who knows, they are not generally paid to clean or recondition anything, rather just replace parts instead of investigating the issue to confirm you are not repeating a costly cycle. With this option clients spend over 10 hours less or more depending on the core when it arrives. We only charge shop rate to clean, recondition, & apply new gaskets to your engine. Have peace of mind in knowing your engine was assembled by Sprinter Experts in the engine build shop, & tested in house to ensure no issues before shipment. Our shop time is only 6-18 hours in a severe worst case scenario for the entire process, so that is over 10 hours less than the shop can charge you for the whole process in their location. Average time spent in the last few months have ranged around 6-10 hours for 5 cylinders and 8-12 hours in the V6 models. We test your injectors free during this process & bring to your attention anything that can cause a failure or caused the original engine failure to occur. The unit comes to you with a new longblock, your saved & cleaned components with new gaskets, all assembled for a plug and play unit being received on your end with the labor hours only being 2-4 hours at most at your end, compared to 18-26 depending on your engine model. Also offering conversion services for the 2.1L OM651 engines to convert your chassis to a 3.0L OM642 running set up in upgraded or OEM versions. We can assist you in converting your 2.1L 4 cylinder engine & upgrading to the OM642 3.0L version to accommodate for better performance, longevity, & towing applications. We can swap your 2.1L OM651 engine to a OM642 3.0L engine & complete the synchronization on your DAS system to allow a smooth running project that allows you to get the power you deserve with your sprinter. The OM651 is a smaller 4 cylinder engine that has more issues & tends to fail sooner than the 3.0L engines overall from failed turbos, failed internals, overheating, & oil leaks, these OM651 engines are not preferred when trying to utilize your van for hauling anything more than yourself or a few groceries. Power & pickup is better with the OM642 compared to the OM651, especially if you upgrade your charge air system, you can see a clear difference. Conversion options are now available for the public & private customers.

Conversion options are now available to a 3.0L V6 instead of your 2.1L OM651. The 2.1L OM651 has been an interesting test engine for MB for years but do show to have not withstood the test of time in the end. With the supplies to build these particular 4 cylinder diesel engines, there is no available OEM parts. Chinese parts are a dime a dozen, but here at Class Act Motors, we do not believe in Chinese parts and refuse to build an engine with the aftermarket inferior parts. Other remanufactures may be accepting the cheaper parts, but we simply cannot. We build all our 3.0L engines with OEM or better parts. With the manufacturer building the smaller engine, but expecting more from it, has some major drawbacks as time has made clearly evident. With these engines failing prematurely for numerous reasons, we have found we can convert your engine from the 2.1L OM651 to the 3.0L V6 with a proven process to ensure you are able to still utilize your sprinter & gain access to endless parts & even better performance, even access upgrades & fuel economy tunes ETC. With the 3.0L, parts are readily available, plus more is being done with the OM642 3.0L engines as they provide the true power most van owners are looking to achieve. We can unlock engines to display their power & true agility with the superior parts being installed within them here at our shop. We have had several instances where clients prefer a better performing engine, well we have accomplished several conversions to the 3.0L to allow clients access to using their van, not just parking it once an engine issue arises with their original 2.1L engine. On top of OEM parts, we have access to KS parts which is the best of the best in German/European Parts Manufacturing to ensure better quality engines, regardless of your year van.

BRAND NEW 2.7L ENGINES BEING BUILT

Now introducing NEW not REMAN 2.7L engine options for the OM612/OM647 Sprinter engines. With the history of sprinter engines warming up, we now offer a solution to assist with the cracked head issue sprinter owners are experiencing with the higher temps the nation is experiencing. Our NEW 2.7l cylinder heads correct the issue that Mercedes failed to accommodate for cracking when the engine gets hot. Each engine is built & manufactured with the better quality aluminum & better valves, along with brand new seats & springs to ensure the longevity of the new engine, compared to previous remanufacturers "remanufacturing" the cylinder heads & still finding issues with cracked heads if they are not magnafluxing the castings and scoping them thoroughly. All of our 2.7L engines are built with NEW CYLINDER HEADS, NOT REMANUFACTURED! These new units are simply better in every way. They are not just billet crankcases, but now upgraded heads to TRULY MAKE THEM A NEW UNIT, NOT REMAN!

AVAILABLE NOW! Upgraded Intake Manifold Set for OM642 3.0L Mercedes Diesel Engines

Upgraded Intake Manifold Set for OM642 3.0L Mercedes Diesel Engines are now available from Class Act Motors Exclusively! We are now machining & upgrading intake manifold sets to ensure longevity & durability for years & miles to come. We now have a supply that is in high demand as our upgraded intake manifold sets remove the entire swirl rail completely. They are removed & a small map is placed onto your ECM that does not affect emissions. This upgrade is one of the few that do not affect or alter emissions regulations, however, still provides better power, less cleaning intervals required, & removes the entire servo motor in the center of the intake set allowing for less in your engine bay & a cleaner look. We have done many intake upgrades locally & have more than 10 sets sold in the last year, these intake manifold upgrades are flying off the shelf & do come with certain engine model options or can be added to any order. Depending on your order with Class Act Motors, you can also add in the Delete set if you already have a deleted ECM for the EGR & DPF or Adblue functions. Please advise when reaching out if you already have a delete kit & what software is running on your ECM or plug in.
